Our products are designed by our founder and production team right down to the final natural stitch! Most of our products are made in a lovely, family run factory in India who are Sedex approved (meaning they have top quality processes, supply chains and worker welfare) and specialise in organic and natural fabrics.
We offer free standard shipping and free returns on all UK orders over £60. Our standard shipping for the UK is Royal Mail 2nd Class. Faster deliveries options, including a next day service are available at checkout. Next day deliveries must be placed before 2pm for a guaranteed next day service.
Postage to EU countries is subject to additional delivery charge at checkout and usually takes between 3 – 5 business days.
Orders to the rest of the world are subject to additional delivery charges at checkout and may take up to 10 working days.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import duty and tax charges if incurred. Pure Earth Collection is not able to take any responsibility for taxes or customs duties and orders cannot be recalled to the UK once the shipments have beed dispatched from the warehouse. Unclaimed items which are returned to us from customs are not able to be refunded.
If you are not at home when the delivery of your item is attempted it may be left in a safe place, put through your letter box, taken to a local sorting office or (if DPD delivery) attempted the following day. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange a redelivery or collect any items from your local sorting office within the allocated time. Unclaimed items which are returned to us from the delivery company may be subject to additional storage or postage charges.
We offer a 60 day no quibble free returns policy within the UK.
We really think that you and your children will love our products.
However, if you are unhappy or would like to return your items you have 60 days from receipt of your products to apply for a refund.
Once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse we are not able to process refunds or exchanges until the products are received back into our warehouse and checked to ensure they are in good condition. In the unlikely event that products are lost or delayed in the post we will follow this up with the postal service used. We are not able to process refunds on these items until the products are received back or officially declared as lost.

International orders unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Items must be in a perfect condition at the point of return, unused and in their original packaging with labels. Items returned without packaging cannot be refunded.
In the unlikely event of a faulty product, we will, of course, provide a full refund once the goods are returned to us.
We strongly advise you to use a secure postal method for all returns, as we cannot refund or exchange items not received.

Unless specified, we are unable to provide refunds for sale items.
We offer a 30 day sleep trial on all our sleeping bags. If you decide after 30 days of using the sleeping bag that it’s not for you, we’ll send you a freepost label to return your sleeping bag and we’ll give you a full refund. All sleep trial sleeping bags must be returned in their original packaging with labels or we cannot refund the order. Please note our 30 day sleep trial is valid on one bag per customer only. Any additional bags being returned must be unused and in the original packaging. All used bags must be washed before being returned so we are able to pass them onto charity.
Sales and discount codes
Discount codes cannot be used alongside any sale items or other discount codes at any time on our website. Pure Earth Collection reserves the right to refund any orders which redeem a discount code on already discounted sale items.

2.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2.2. You agree not to exploit any use, access or contact on the website without written permission by us.
3. Intellectual property rights
3.1. All intellectual property rights (text, graphics, photographs and other images, videos, sound and logo) are owned by us and are for Little Earth Baby use only.
3.2. If you were to create a link to this website and we wish to have it removed, we reserve the right to ask you to do so.
4. Joining us
4.1. To register on our website you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under this age, please note that you are liable to pay for such order and be held responsible for your order.
4.2. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage that may result from your failure to do so.
5. Modifications on the website
5.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.
5.2. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on this website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
6.1. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
7.1. UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Next Day Delivery is with a chosen courier company.
International orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service or the closest alternative for countries where this service is not available or where another reliable carrier could provide a more affordable option.
7.2. You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relates to the delivery of parcels.
7.3. It is your responsibility to report all undelivered or lost purchases online within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org
In case of an undelivered or lost purchase, it is the customer’s responsibility to comply with Royal Mail’s (or the carrier in question’s) claim compensation process. Failure to comply with this process will result in no credit being made in respect of such undelivered purchases.
7.4. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address for your order. If you need to change this after your order is placed then you must update your address details before the item has been shipped, to ensure that your purchase is always sent out to the right address. We cannot guarantee that changes to the delivery address can be made as orders are sometimes dispatched within the hour.
