Returns + Refunds Policy

No quibble returns for 60 days: We really think that you and your children will love our products. However, if you are unhappy or would like to return your items you have 60 days from receipt of your products to apply for a refund.

Items must be in a perfect condition at the point of return, unused and in their original packaging. Sale items and international orders unfortunately cannot be returned and refunded.

How to return your items with Free UK returns (excludes play mats and kids beds):

Step 1: Complete the returns form and print your label

Complete the returns form here to access your printable FreePost label for the items you wish to return.

Returns are processed via BoxStation, please put “Pure Earth Collection” in the suppliers box.

Please print and include a reason for return form as it helps us process your return quicker. 

Step 2: Package your items in one secure parcel with the returns label attached

Returns must be in new unused condition, in original packaging with tags.

If you are returning a sleeping bag through the 30-day sleep trial, these MUST be washed and put back in their original packaging with tags to be eligible for a refund.

Step 3: Send your returns package

All returns are sent via Royal Mail free returns labels. Drop your parcel at a local Post Office or Customer Service Point. Find your local drop-off point.

Make sure you get a receipt of posting when you drop your package or a collection card if opting for a collection as lost items cannot be refunded without proof of postage.

Once your return is on the way, you can track your return on the Royal Mail website.

Step 4: Your refund is issued

Once we receive your items, your return will be processed via the original payment method.

Returns may take up to 14 working days to be processed once they reach our warehouse.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 working days for a refund to appear in your account.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please contact us at hello@pureearthcollection.com

Please note that damaged items as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please contact us if your item has been delivered and you believe it to be faulty – we will require photos/videos of the fault. Please send these to hello@pureearthcollection.com

Unfortunately we are unable to proceed with a claim if photographic/video evidence is not received.

We will process an exchange for any faulty item received and if we have no replacement stock, you will receive a refund.

If you do receive a faulty item, we will arrange a postage paid returns label or a collection from the delivery address for larger items. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent or a refund to be processed.
