IMPORTANT DELIVERY UPDATES
Unfortunately, a large number of our orders have been caught up in the backlog of current strike actions. We have been assured all items will start moving through the system and tracking numbers will start to update. We have been advised some tracking numbers will not update until delivery takes place.
While this, of course, is completely out of our hands, we are just so sorry that your parcels are not arriving in their usual timely fashion. |UK Standard Delivery||Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8am – 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).|

|UK Next Day Delivery||Order before 2pm Mon-Fri to receive your order tomorrow. Orders made after 2pm will be delivered the day after (excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays). Deliveries are made anytime between 8am – 9pm. Free on all orders £150 and over||£7.50|
|Standard Delivery||Deliveries usually take 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8am – 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays). Free on all orders £180 and over, excluding play mats and kids travel beds, which are subject to additional delivery charges calculated at checkout. Customs charges may be applicable following Brexit and customers are responsible for all customs charges incurred.||£14*|

No quibble returns for 60 days.
We really think that you and your children will love our products. However, if you are unhappy or would like to return your items you have 60 days from receipt of your products to apply for a refund.

Please use secure returns and keep the receipt. Sale items and international orders unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Items must be in a perfect condition at the point of return, unused and in their original packaging.
In the unlikely event of a faulty product, we will, of course, provide a full refund once the goods are returned to us. We strongly advise you to use a secure postal method for all returns, as we cannot refund or exchange items not received. Unless specified, we are unable to provide refunds for sale items.
